动力髋加压螺钉在粗隆间骨折的应用及分析

Treatment and Analysis of Dynamic Hip Screw in Intertrochanteric Fracture of the Femur

目的 :探讨动力髋加压螺钉 (DHS)治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的操作技术及疗效。方法 :对 2 3例粗隆间骨折的患者进行DHS手术。结果 :所有骨折均愈合 ,平均愈合时间为 5个月。髋关节功能根据MerleD’Aubigne评分标准评定 ,优良率为 87%。结论 :DHS治疗股骨粗隆间骨折具有固定可靠、并发症少、疗效高等优点 。

Objective: To research operative technique and effects of dynamic hip screw (DHS) in intertrochanteric fracture of the femur. Methods: 23 cases were treated by DHS. Results: All fractures healed for average of 5 months. Functional evaluation of hip joint was based on MerleD' Aubigne grading method. The rate of excellent and good result was 87%. Conclusion: DHS is one of the best internal fixation materials for the treatment of intertrochanteric fracture due to its advantages of strong fixation, little complication and better effect.
