摘要
运用文献资料法、现场观察法和逻辑分析法,通过对网球截击技术的特点和在技术训练中经常出现的错误动作和问题进行研究,为学生能够正确快速的掌握截击的技术动作提供理论依据。
In this paper, with the use of literature, field observation and logical analysis to explore, through the exploration of the tennis volley characteristics and technical training the article provides the theoretical evidence to enable students to quickly correctly master volleying technique so as to lay a solid foundation for better learning tennis technique.
