摘要
采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法总结运动对大学生心理疾病干预的研究现状,针对不同心理疾病采用了不同的体育运动方式,对大学生常见的抑郁、急躁、易怒、强迫症状可以进行有氧体育运动,而对出现的焦虑、孤独、胆怯、运用群体性运动;其它神经衰弱、紧张自负、恐慌则采用传统的体育运动。总之,合理的运动可以有效的减少心理疾病。
With the literature material method and logic analysis, this paper summarizes the current research status of exercise intervention on college students' psychological disease, according to different mental illness, different ways of sports are adopted. Common symptoms for college students, such as impatience, irritability, depression symptoms can be cured through undertaking aerobic sports. The anxiety, loneliness, fear, can use the mass movement. Neurasthenia, nervous, panic conceit can adopt traditional sports. A reasonable use of exercise can effectively lessen mental illness.
