摘要
提出高校健美操探究式教学的优点及特点,结合多年教学经验,针对实现高校健美操探究式教学的具体策略提出建议。
The article puts forward the advantages of the inquiry teaching in aerobics teaching in colleges and universities. Combined with the author＇s many years teaching experience, the suggestions on the realization of aerobics in colleges and universities for teaching are put forward.
