摘要
为探讨普通高校开展的跆拳道体育专项课程对于大学生体质健康的影响,选择南开大学普修跆拳道课程的2个班级,1个为实验班,1个为对照班。在学期初和学期末分别测试反映体质健康中的心功能、肺功能和心理健康指标,比较其结果差异。结果显示:跆拳道教学中运用了情感策略教学法的实验班学生的心功能有了明显改善,且肺功能指标中FVC、FEV1.0%(G)、MVV的实测值也有提高,虽然不具显著性,但是相比传统教学方法的跆拳道课仍显具较好的优势。心理健康维度指标中,实验班学生的自卑、社交退缩、焦虑、偏执和精神病倾向因子得分上有了明显的下降,其中精神病倾向因子得分下降的幅度较对照班最明显。另外实验班学生社交攻击、冲动、强迫和依赖因子得分也有下降,相较对照班来说仍具有较好的促进效果,虽然差异并不显著。另外对躯体化、抑郁和性心理障碍因子的影响,实验班和对照班的收效均甚微。实验结果表明加入情感策略教学方法的跆拳道课对改善学生心肺功能和心理健康某些方面都具有良好的促进作用。
In order to study the effect of the taekwondo lessons to heart and lung functions and mental health of physical health of university students, two classes of taekwondo lessons were randomly selected, one for the experimental class, the other for the control class. The heart function, lung function, mental health indicators were tested at the beginning and end of the semester. The results show affective strategies teaching methods have played a significant role in promoting the heart function, lung function index FVC, FEV1.0% (G), MVV, There has been a significant drop in score factor inferiority, social withdrawal, anxiety, paranoid and psychotic tendencies of the experimental class students, and the psychosis factor score decreased obviously compared with the control class. The experimental results proved the taekwondo teaching in affective strategies has a good role in promoting the students' heart and lung function and some aspects of mental health.
