中国的竞技体育人才培养模式一直是小学-体校-专业队(省队、体工队等)的培养模式,这与国外有较大差距。目前,高校已成为中国竞技体育主要后备人才培养的重要基地之一,具有极大的发展潜力。

At present, the colleges and universities competitive sports has become the main one of the important bases of reserve personnel training, which has a great potential for development.
