大学生情商教育路径创新探究

摘要 为促进大学生情商教育理论与实践相结合,实现智商与情商的协调发展,对大学生情商教育创新路径的研究必不可少。本文从情商基本理论及我国高校情商教育存在的问题出发,从战略地位、系统课程化、核心人力资源、第二课堂支撑环境、家庭教育配套等五方面提出思考,以期对高校情商教育途径发展有所启发。
