摘要
基于陕煤神南张家峁矿5-2煤北部不规则边角块段煤层厚、顶板坚硬稳定难垮的特点,从巷道布置、回采工艺、顶板控制等几方面介绍了连续采煤机短壁开采技术在厚煤层坚硬顶板条件下开采中的应用。针对回采过程中顶板不易垮落,易形成大面积悬露问题,通过留设隔离煤柱及爆破强制放顶的方法,避免了顶板大面积垮落;构建采区独立边界回风通道,形成完整的循环风路系统,完善通风系统,有效提高工作面作业环境。现场实践表明:连续采煤机短壁开采技术适用于稳定顶板条件下厚煤层不规则块段的开采,能有效控制顶板和改善通风条件,保证了工作面的作业安全。
Based on the irregular section of north part of No.5-2 coal seam in Zhangjiamao Mine(Shennan Industry Development Co., Ltd., Shaanxi Coal and Chemical Industry Group), short-wall mining technology of continuous miner in thick seam with hard and stable roof was introduced, in terms of roadway layout, caving technology, and roof control. The roof is difficult to fall in the caving process, so large hanging area forms. By retaining isolated coal pillars and blasting forced caving, falling of large area roof was avoided. Independent return air passage of borders established a complete circular wind system to improve ventilation and working environment. The practice shows that the short-wall mining with continuous miners is suitable for the irregular section of the thick seam under stable roof, which could effectively control the roof, improve the ventilation condition, and guarantee the safety on the working face.
