成庄矿5310大采高工作面仰采、薄煤区阶段矿压规律研究

摘要 通过采用现场观测与分析、实验和理论分析相结合的综合方法,分析成庄矿5310大采高工作面薄煤区、仰采段等条件下矿压显现特征,确定工作面周期来压步距和强度,工作面片帮、冒顶规律和影响因素,为顶板管理措施制定提供依据;分析成庄矿5310大采高工作面采场支承压力分布规律、影响范围、峰值位置和强度;提出成庄矿5310大采高工作面过薄煤区、仰采段等条件下回采工艺、顶板管理措施,定性和定量研究工作面基本参数与矿山压力显现特征、支架稳定性、支架受力、煤壁片帮、顶板稳定性等之间的关系。 A comprehensive method of field observation, experiment, and theoretical analysis was used to study the strata behavior of thin-coal areas and upward mining sections of No.5310large-mining-height working face in Chengzhuang Mine. Meanwhile, interval and strength of periodic weighting, rib spalling, roof falling, and their influential factors were studied for roof management. Besides,distribution, range, peak position, and strength of the abutment pressure were studied. The paper proposes caving techniques and roof control measures when the large-mining-height working face passing the thin-coal areas and upward mining sections. In addition, it discusses the relationship between basic parameters and the strata behavior, support stability, support stress, rib spalling and roof stability by quantitative and qualitative research.
