纤维素基软质聚氨酯泡沫的制备及其性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 本文将改性好的蔗渣纤维素基吸油树脂与软质聚氨酯泡沫共混,对所共混的纤维素基软质聚氨酯泡沫性能进行研究。研究性能包括吸油率、吸油速率、保油率、泡沫密度、油水选择性及反复使用性。由于纤维素吸油树脂本身具有一定的吸油率,加入到聚氨酯泡沫中,细小的纤维会将聚氨酯泡沫孔洞旁边的缝隙填满,这样不仅会增加其强度,而且在增加其重量的同时会增加混合材料的吸油量,这在一定程度上加速了泡沫的吸油速率。聚氨酯吸油材料性能测试证明,加改性纤维素聚氨酯泡沫有较高的吸油率、吸油速率;保油率低,间接说明其反复使用性能较好,且泡沫开孔均匀,有一定的油水选择性。 In this paper, the synthesized cellulose product was mixed with a polyurethane material to prepare a mixed cellulose- based polyurethane oil absorbent material, and then the properties, including oil absorption, oil absorption speed, oil retention, foam density, oil and water selectivity and repeated use of the material were tested. As the synthesized cellulose product has potential to absorb the oils, when mixed with the polyurethane, the holes of the modified polyurethane were filled with the synthesized cellulose. Therefore, the use of synthesized cellulose product to mix with polyurethane not only increased the strength but also improved oil absorption of modified polyurethane. The test of the properties indicated that the modified polyurethane material had high oil absorption and oil absorption speed, and the low oil retention which indicated the good performance in repeated use, moreover, the synthesized polyurethane material had good oil -water selectivity.
