摘要
本文以加填20%研磨碳酸钙(GCC)的漂白针叶木纸浆为原料,以氯化钙调节体系的电导率,考察钙离子电导率对阳离子聚丙烯酰胺(CPAM)助留作用的影响。结果表明,钙离子电导率的升高导致CPAM助留作用的降低,表现为未留着的填料粒子数量增多,且未留着填料的聚集体也增多。这和钙离子影响纤维的吸附能力以及CPAM分子构像受电导率压迫而蜷缩有紧密的关系。
The effects of high conductivity on the retention performance of cationic polyacrylamide (CPAM) were investigated, using a furnish containing 80% bleached softwood kraft fibers and 20% ground calcium carbonate (GCC). The increment of conductivity was adjusted by the addition of calcium chloride. The results show that increasing the conductivity has negative effect on the retention performance of CPAM, in that it not only increases the particle counts of the un - retained GCC filler, but also increases the number of filler aggregates. The phenomena are closely related to calcium ' s adsorption onto fiber, as well as the formation of coiled conformation of CPAM molecules under the compression of high conductivity.
