湿强剂对打浆及其纸张性能的影响

Influence of Wet-strength Agent on Beating and Paper Property

本文通过将湿强剂在打浆段和抄造段分开添加的方式,探索化学品不同使用方式对纸张性能影响。实验发现,在打浆过程中加入一定量的湿强剂,能够有效地提升以二次纤维为原料的纸张干湿强度性能;通过对纤维形态分析,推测其作用机理,并提出开发湿部造纸化学品的新思路。

With a respective addition of wet - stength agent during the beating and sheet forming stage, the effect of different addition method on paper peopety was explored. Based on the experiments, it is found that it can improve paper dry and wet - stengrh with seceondary fiber as raw materials when adding wet - stength agent during the beat- ing stage. Through analyzing fiber morphology, the functional mechanism is presumed and new thought on develo- ping paper chemicals is put forward.
