基于多孔弹性介质理论中高浓纸浆浓缩过程的仿真模拟

摘要 基于多孔弹性介质理论、运用有限元分析软件ABAQUS,对中高浓纸浆在开式楔形区中的滤水浓缩过程进行模拟,以得不同滤网夹角时的孔隙比。在楔形区之前,在竖直方向上,由下到上孔隙比逐渐增大,纤维的紧密程度从下到上逐渐降低;在楔形区内,不同角度时,楔形区内的纤维沉积情况基本相同。 Based on porous elastic medium theory, the concentration process of medium and high consistency pulp in the open wedge area is simulated with the finite element analysis software (ABAQUS). Void ratio is obtained with different angle of the filter screen. Before the wedge area, the void ratio increases and the compaction degree of fiber decreases from the bottom to the top in the vertical direction. In the open wedge area , the degree of fiber deposition is almost the same with different angle of the filter screen.
