摘要 竹浆黑液占竹浆废液污染总量的88%,工程实践表明,碱回收技术是治理竹浆黑液的最佳技术。按照2011年7月正式实施的GB3544-2008新标准,国内原有的竹浆废水处理工程都须经技术升级后,废水的所有指标才能达到新排放标准,这是国内竹浆企业必须完成的首要任务。低压射流曝气技术、深层射流曝气技术能连续多年稳定运行,维护、维修量极低,这就解决了许多造纸企业采用传统曝气技术处理中段废水,设施维修量过大,严重影响正常生产的难题。新国标的实施,将促进竹浆废水三级处理技术的发展,改进型的芬顿氧化技术、Fe2+/S2O2-8等新型氧化技术将会加快深度处理技术发展步伐。作为竹浆生产企业,将会优先选择投资低廉的三级混凝技术,新型造纸废水专用混凝剂将会受到企业的欢迎。 Bamboo black liquor accounted for 88% of total bamboo wastewater pollution, engineering practice shows that alkali recovery technology is the best technology for treatment bamboo pulping black liquor. According to the new standard of GB3544 -2008 which has officially implemented in July 2011, our original bamboo wastewater treatment technologies are subjected to upgrade in order to meet the new emission standards for wastewater in all the indicators, which is the bamboo enterprises" primary task. Low pressure jet aeration technology and deep jet aera- tion technology can stably operation for many years with less maintenance, and this solves the problems existed in many paper companies using traditional aeration technology in middle wastewater treatment which needs excessive facilities maintenance , and seriously affects the normal production. Implementation of the new standard of GB3544 -2008 will promote the development of bamboo wastewater tertiary treatment technology. Improved Fenton oxida- tion technology, Fe2+/ S2 oEs- and other new technologies will accelerate the pace of depth treatment. As bamboo pulp production enterprises, low investment in tertiary coagulation will be preferentially selected and new dedicated papermaking wastewater coagulant will be welcomed.
