摘要
以某高架桥花瓶式桥墩墩顶产生竖向裂缝为背景,运用有限元的方法对桥墩进行实体建模,通过对墩顶范围应力结果的分析,判断产生竖向裂缝原因为横向受力主筋数量不足。综合考虑目前桥墩裂缝几种常用加固方法的不同适用性,根据产生裂缝的原因,提出了增大桥墩截面施加预应力的加固方法,能有效改善花瓶式桥墩的应力状态,提高其抗裂性和承载能力。
Based on a case of vertical cracks on a viaduct's vase piers,we used the finite element method for solid modeling of the pier.,Through analyzing the result of stress on the top range of pier,we found out the cause of vertical cracks was lack of transverse reinforcement quantity.We considered the current bridge pier cracks different applicability of several common reinforcement methods.According to the causes of the cracks,we proposed the reinforcement method of increasing pier's section and applying prestress,which could effectively improve the vase pier stress state,its crack resistance and bearing capacity.
