摘要
活性氧自由基(ROS),具有很强的生物活性,易与细胞成分反应,造成生物膜系统和生物结构的损坏,使蛋白质失活,引起细胞DNA、RNA在结构和功能上的损害,这些过程会造成细胞变形、突变、衰老和凋亡。本文就衰老机制,活性氧自由基引起衰老的原因和活性氧自由基的检测等方面进行综述,为活性氧自由基与衰老作用的进一步研究和衰老预防方面提供参考。
The ROS shows strong biological activity, and it is considered to react with cellular components. Therefore, biological structures and biofilm system is always damaged by it. Moreover, the structure and function of cellular DNA and RNA are also damaged, so that the protein is inactivated. The whole process is associated with cellular deformation, mutation, aging and apoptosis. Based on these views, the ageing mechanism, the senescence caused by ROS, and the determination of ROS were reviewed, it may be used for exploring the relationship between ROS and aging, and the aging would perhaps be postponed in the future.
