粗金属镓的结晶提纯技术研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 高纯金属镓主要用于合成砷化镓、氮化镓、磷化镓及其他低熔合金等基础材料,并广泛应用于通讯、电子和国防等行业。近年来,高纯镓需求量大幅度增加,市场容量迅速扩大,因此有必要分析高纯镓结晶提纯技术的研发现状,从而进一步促进相关技术的研发进程。本文总结了高纯镓结晶制备的理论基础和相关方法,分析了部分结晶法、定向结晶法、区域熔炼法和拉单晶法等镓提纯结晶技术的研究现状,比较了各种结晶方法的内在优缺点,并提出将结晶法与其他处理提纯方法进行技术耦合是高纯镓结晶提纯技术的重要发展方向。 High purity gallium metal is mainly used for synthesis of GaAs, GaN, GaP, and other low melting point alloy base material. It is widely used in communications, electronics and national defense industry. In recent years, a substantial increase in the demand for the high purity gallium metal emerged, the expansion of market capacity increased quickly. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the research progress on the high-purity gallium crystallization technology, so as to further promote the development of related technologies. The theoretical basis was summarized, and the research status of the part crystallization method, the directional crystallization method, the zone melting method and the crystal pulling method and compared their inherent advantages and disadvantages were analyzed. In the conclusion part, it was proposed that the coupling of the crystallization method and the other processing purification method was an important research direction on the research for the purification of crude gallium metal.
