摘要
通过将含氟硅渣添加到湿法磷酸浓缩过程中,提高了磷酸中氟资源的回收,回收的氟资源(氟硅酸)在加工过程中又副产含氟硅渣,达到含氟硅渣循环使用提高氟资源回收的效果。结果表明,含氟硅渣用量为1.2%时,可以提高32%的氟资源回收量。该工艺具有废弃物资源化利用、工艺简单、效果明显和易于工业应用的特点,为含氟硅渣的处理利用提供了有效途径。
The recovery of fluorine resources in phosphoric acid was improved by adding silica residue containing fluorine to wet-phosphoric acid concentration. The by-product of silica residue containing fluorine was obtained by the process of fluorine resources ( fluosilicic acid) . The technology can improve the recovery of fluorine resources by recycling of silica residue containing fluorine. The results showed that the amount of fluorine resource can be increased by 32%when silica residue containing fluorine dosage was 1. 2%. The technology has the features of waste resource utilization, simple process, obvious effect and easy industrial application. The technology is an effective approach to the treatment of silica residue containing fluorine.
