摘要
以庆化催化裂解油浆、浓硫酸为原料进行磺化反应,经氨水中和后得到石油磺酸盐。考察了不同酸油比、反应温度、反应时间对磺化反应产物收率及油-水界面张力的影响。研究表明磺化反应条件选取酸油比为2.5∶1、反应温度为60℃、反应时间为3 h时,可以得到性能优良的石油磺酸盐,石油磺酸盐对稠油具有较好的乳化降粘作用,收率可达70%。
Utilizing Qingyang petrochemical corporation cracking slurry oil and concentrated sulfuric acid as raw material, sulphonation with sodium hydroxide was prepared. The different acid oil ratio, reaction temperature and reaction time were examined in details to study the effects of the sulfonated reaction product yield and oil-water interface tension. The selected sulfonated reaction conditions were as follows: acid oil ratio was 2. 5:1 , the reaction temperature was 60 ℃, and the reaction time was 2. 5 h. Petroleum sulfonate had good effect of emulsion and decreasing viscosity for heavy oil. The yield was up to 70%.
