摘要
采用悬浮制备法制备了多孔氨基聚苯乙烯磁性微球。用扫描电镜及红外光谱仪等对多孔氨基聚苯乙烯磁性微球进行了表征。考察了甲基橙初始浓度、p H值对多孔氨基苯乙烯磁性微球对甲基橙的吸附性能的影响。结果表明:多孔氨基聚苯乙烯磁性微球对甲基橙的吸附符合Langmuir吸附方程,吸附的最佳条件为在p H为4.9,温度为30℃。在最佳条件下,吸附30 min可达到吸附饱和,最高吸附率高达95%以上。
Amino porous polystyrene magnetic microspheres were prepared by suspension polymerization. The prepared microspheres were characterized by means of scanning electron microscopy and infrared spectrum. The effects of the initial concentration of methyl orange, pH, on the porous aminostyrene magnetic microspheres adsorption properties of methyl orange were studied. The results showed that the adsorption of porous amino polystyrene magnetic microspheres of methyl orange solution obeyed the Langmuir adsorption equation, with the optimum conditions for the adsorption of pH 4. 9, temperature 30 ℃. Under the optimal conditions, the adsorption of 30 min adsorption reached saturation, the highest absorption rate was as high as 95%.
