超声波法提取陕北小米米糠油的工艺优化 被引量:9

摘要 为了研究提取小米糠油的最佳工艺条件,以陕北小米米糠为原料,用超声波法并通过响应曲面法(RSM)来分析并优化出最佳工艺条件。实验结果表明米糠油的最佳提取工艺条件为:料液比1∶4.5(g/m L)、超声时间37 min、超声温度60℃,在此条件下得到小米糠油的提取率是9.74%。 In order to study the best conditions of ultrasonic extraction of millet bran oil, in this experiment, millet bran oil was extracted by ultrasonic method and response surface methodology ( RSM) was used to study the conditions of ultrasonic treatment. The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions were as follows: solid-liquid ratio was 1:4. 5 ( g/mL) , ultrasonic time was 37 min, ultrasonic temperature was 60 ℃. In conditions of the optimal extraction, the extraction rate of millet bran oil was 9. 74%.
