化学水浴法合成多臂CdS纳米棒

Synthesis of Multi-armed CdS Nanorods by Simple Chemical Water Bath Method

摘要 以乙二胺为反应溶剂,乙基黄原酸镉为单原料前驱体,在化学水浴条件下,90℃,反应12 h制备了多臂Cd S纳米棒。通过透射电子显微镜、X射线衍射、紫外-可见光漫反射光谱等手段对样品进行了表征。结果表明所制备的Cd S为六方晶型,具有良好的结晶性,多臂状Cd S纳米棒的臂长大约为60 nm,直径大约为15 nm,产物的禁带宽度为2.28 e V。并探讨了多臂Cd S纳米棒的形成机理。 The multi-armed CdS nanorods were easily achieved from cadmium ethyldithiocarbonatio ( xanthate) as a single precursor in ethylene diamine ( en) solution at 90 ℃ for 12 h by chemical water bath method. The microstuctures and properties of the products were characterized by TEM, XRD, UV-vis, etc. The results indicated that the as-prepared CdS was hexagonal phase with well crystallinity, the band gap of the multi-armed CdS nanorods with the arm length of about 60 nm and the diameter of about 15 nm was 2. 28 eV. A possible mechanism for the formation of multi-armed CdS nanorods was proposed.
