摘要
在实验室条件下研究了蒽、菲、芘对小新月菱形藻的毒性,结果表明:蒽、菲、芘对小新月菱形藻48h EC50分别为196.54、125.60和152.86μg/L。蒽、菲、芘会对小新月菱形藻的抗氧化系统活性产生明显的影响,T-SOD活性、CAT活性和MDA含量有不同程度的升高。蒽、菲、芘两两联合对海洋微藻的毒性实验表明:菲+芘、蒽+菲、蒽+芘对3种微藻的联合毒性作用方式均为协同效应。
The toxicity of anthracene, phenanthrene, pyrene on Nitizschia closterium was studied in laboratory. The results showed that anthracene, phenanthrene, pyrene could inhibit the growth of Nitizschia closterium, and 48hEC50 was 196. 54, 125. 60, 152. 86μg/L, respectively. The effects of anthracene, phenanthrene, pyrene on the antioxidant system activity of Nitizschia closterium were significant. T-SOD activity, CAT activity and MDA content could be increased. Anthracene, phenanthrene, pyrene between two joint toxicity experiments showed that the combined effects of Nitizschia closterium responses of anthracene, phenanthrene, pyrene were synergistic effect.
