摘要
利用高效液相色谱法,通过优化国家标准方法,建立水产品中4种合成着色剂柠檬黄、新红、胭脂红和日落黄提取及检测方法。该分析方法样品前处理过程简便快捷,可实现样品中4种着色剂的同时提取及检测。在最优条件下测试方法检出限(S/N=10)小于0.32 mg/kg,在0-3.2μg/m L范围内线性良好,相关系数R2〉0.990。在加标水平0-3.2 mg/kg范围内,回收率为87.2%-107.2%,相对标准偏差RSD小于5.0%。该方法检测限低,能够满足水产品中合成着色剂的检测要求。
Based on the National Standard Method, a high performance liquid chromatography methods ( HPLC) was established to simultaneously extract and detect four synthetic colorants, lemon yellow, new red, rouge red and sunset yellow in aquatic products. This method can achieve the simultaneously extraction and detection of four synthetic colorants, through the simplicity of the sample pretreatment. Under the optimal conditions, the detected limit of detection ( S/N=10 ) was lower than 0. 32 mg/kg. The linear of the four synthetic colorants were fit well in the range of 0 -3. 2 μg/mL with correlation coefficients more than 0. 990. The average recovery was 0-3. 2 mg/kg ranged from 87. 2% -107. 2% with the relative standard deviations ( RSD) less than 5. 0%. This method is accurate and sensitive, and can be used for the analysis of synthetic colorants in aquatic products.
