摘要
采用火焰原子吸收法测定蘑菇中Cu的含量,蘑菇中Cu污染评价采用单因子污染指数法,富集作用的研究引用富集系数BCF。通过分析的方法得出结论:蘑菇的Cu污染超标率为65%,富集系数的范围在0.15-12.93之间,蘑菇对Cu具有很强的富集能力。最后提出以下建议:控制源头污染,以综合治理方法促进蔬菜重金属污染改良。
After the pre-procession, the flame atom was adopted to absorb to check the contents of heavy metal Cu following mushroom and culture medium. The single factor pollution index was used to evaluate contaminates of Cu. BCF was quoted to evaluate beneficiation effect of mushrooms. By analyzing parallel method, the number of beyond standard samples was on the rate of 65%. It showed that there was high metal resistance capacity in mushrooms whose BCF was between 0. 15 and 12. 93. There were some suggestions: controlling the pollution of source areas, using comprehensive treatment method to renovate the polluted vegetable producing place.
