Exploration of Theoretical and Experimental Teaching of Spectrometric Identification of Organic Compounds Based on Application

《波谱解析》课程是南京农业大学本科应用化学专业核心课程。该课程对于有机化学研究方向或天然产物化学方向的本科生而言,是SRT和毕业设计进行研究的必不可少的工具。针对该课程的理论和实验教学过程中存在的一些问题,阐述了近几年的教学方法和内容的改革探索。通过这种改革,激发了学生的学习兴趣,同时提高了学生的解析能力。

Spectrometric Identification of Organic Compounds is a core course for undergraduate of applied chemistry in Nanjing Agricultural University. This is the basic tool especially for those who will continue SRT or graduation thesis on organic synthesis or natural product chemistry. According to the problems encountered during theoretical experimental teaching, some explorations of teaching methods and contents were discussed. Students’ interest in learning was stimulated, while analytical abilities was also improved.
