摘要
以某实际大型汽轮机框架式基础设计为背景,通过截取基础周围的天然土体并在土体边界施加等效一致粘弹性单元,建立汽轮机基础结构与地基土动力相互作用的有限元模型,对有限元模型进行模态分析和扰力作用下的动力谐响应分析,得到汽轮机基础的基础动力特性以及最大振动线位移。模拟结果表明考虑相互作用可以有效模拟大型汽轮机框架式基础实际振动情况,保证汽轮机基础的初步设计。
Taking frame-type foundation design of some practical large-scale steam turbine unit for background,finite element model for dynamic interaction of infrastructure and foundation soil of steam turbine was established by cutting out natural soil body around the foundation and exerting equivalent and uniformed viscoelastic element around the boundary of soil body.Modal analysis was conducted on the finite element model and analysis on dynamic harmonic response was carried out under the action of disturbing force,thus to get foundation dynamic characteristic and maximum vibration line displacement of foundation of the steam turbine.Simulation results indicate that it is able to effectively simulate practical vibration of frame-type foundation of the large-scale steam turbine unit by considering of interaction and ensuring initial design on the foundation of steam turbine.
