瘘管切除内口结扎一期缝合术治疗肛瘘的疗效观察

Observation of the Curative Effect of Fistula Resection and Suture Ligation in the Treatment of Anal Fistula

目的:分析肛瘘患者行瘘管切除内口结扎一期缝合术的临床效果。方法:将我院于2011年4月-2014年6月接收肛瘘患者100例,行分组处理后借助不同手术方法治疗,即:实验组行瘘管切除内口结扎一期缝合术,对照组行肛瘘切除术,比较两组手术效果。结果:实验组临床疼痛评分和对照组相比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组临床切口愈合时间、住院时间、肛门压力等指标均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),且实验组临床并发症总发生率4.0%小于对照组16.0%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:临床肛瘘患者行瘘管切除内口结扎一期缝合术效果突出,可减轻临床疼痛度、缩短住院时间,减少并发症发生率。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of anal fistula patients underwent fistula resection and suture ligation in the mouth of the. Methods In our hospital in April 2011 June 2014 received 100 cases of patients with anal fistula, packet processing with different surgical treatment, namely： in the experimental group, the fistula excision ligation of a suture, while the control group underwent fistulectomy determine surgical results. Results The experimental group of clinical pain scores and compared to the control group, difference of distinct（P 0.05）; and the clinical complications of patients in the experimental group total incidence rate（4.0 %） compared with the control group（16.0 %）, the difference of distinct（P 0.05）. Conclusion Clinical anal fistula diseases during treatment of patients with fistula resection in mouth ligation suture effect prominent can reduce the degree of clinical pain, shorten the hospitalization time, so they are worth being used.
