摘要 目的:观察健康教育管理单在骨折护理中的应用效果。方法:将我院2013年5月-2014年6月收治的80例骨折患者随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组40例实施健康教育管理单加强护理,对照组40例实施常规健康教育护理,观察两组的临床护理效果。结果:观察组睡眠时间、健康知识掌握程度87.50%、护理满意度97.5%均显著高于对照组的睡眠时间以及健康知识掌握程度的57.50%、护理满意度为55.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率7.5%低于对照组的25.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在骨折护理中应用健康教育管理单加强护理,有效保障了健康教育的完整性和连续性,促进患者康复,降低并发症发生率,提高治疗效果。 Objective To study and observe the effect of health education management single application in fracture care. Methods From May 2013 to June 2014 treated 80 cases of fracture of the patients were randomly divided into observation group and the control group and observation group(40 cases, single strengthen nursing health education management), the control group(40 cases, the conventional health education nursing), to observe the clinical application effect of observation group two groups of patients. Results The observation group of patients sleep time, degree of health knowledge, nursing satisfaction were significantly higher than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant(P 0.05); The complication rate of observation group is lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P 0.05). Conclusion The application of health education in fracture care management to strengthen the nursing, the effective protection of the health education integrity and continuity, promote patients recovery and reduce the incidence of complications, improve the treatment effect, worthy of clinical application and promotion.
