摘要
亚太经合组织第二十二次领导人非正式会议重要成果之一就是正式启动了亚太自贸区进程。在跨太平洋战略经济伙伴关系协定(TPP)、区域全面经济伙伴关系(RCEP)等多边自贸进程以及多个双边自贸谈判迅速发展的情况下,FTAAP在亚太区域经济合作进程中发挥的作用较为微妙。本文试图梳理FTAAP这一问题的背景和发展过程,分析其优势和不足,并对它的作用和影响作出初步评估。
One of the most important outcomes of the 22nd APEC Economic Leaders＇ Meeting （AELM）, which was held in Beijing, China in November, 2014 is kicking off and advancing the process towards the even- tual realization of the FTAAP. In fact, the relevant cooperation of FTAAP in APEC started early, but suffered several setbacks due to several causes. The role of FTAAP in the process of Asia-Pacific economic cooperation is dedicated, particularly when Trans Pacific Partnership （TPP）, Reginal Comprehensive Economic Partnership （RCEP） and some other bilateral free trade negotiations go fast. The writer would like to streamline the back- ground and process review the advantage and disadvantage, and access the function and influence of FTAAP pre- liminarily through this paper
