关于加强广西农村基层共青团组织工作的几点思考

Strengthening Guangxi Grass-roots Rural CYL Organizational Work:Some Thinking

共青团是党的后备军和得力助手。新形势下,团中央把加强基层团组织工作作为一项重要工作来抓。然而,广西农村基层团工作仍存在工作机制不健全,干部队伍整体素质偏低、工作热情不高,团员流动性大、先锋意识淡薄,活动形式单一、工作方法和活动方式陈旧等问题。要解决这些问题,就要积极应对挑战,从坚持党建带团建、优化工作环境、加强团干部队伍建设、提高团组织凝聚力和结合实际创新组织活动等方面入手。

The Communist Youth League of China（CYLC） is the CPC（Communist Party of China） ＇s assistant and reserve force.Under the new circumstances, the Central Committee of CYLC lays great emphasis on their organizational work at the grass-roots level. However, the local League work still faces problems in Guangxi rural areas, such as unsound work mechanism, the leaders＇ unsatisfying qualification with low work enthusiasm, weak consciousness of being a pioneer with frequent mobility, and out-dated working methods with tedious activities, etc. In order to solve these problems, it is essential to actively respond to challenges,promote the League development with Party-building, optimize working environment, improve the qualities of the CYLC leading groups, enhance the League＇s cohesion and innovate organizational activities based on the reality.
