新的历史时期,青年教师已成为高校教师队伍的主力军和生力军。但随着改革开放的不断推进,高校青年教师的思想状况也发生着变化,师德建设中存在一些亟待解决的问题。因此,我们应重点研究国内外关于高校青年教师师德建设的相关文献资料,为高校青年教师师德建设提供思路。

Young teachers have become the main and vital driving force of university faculty in the new historical period.However, along with the constant promotion of Reform and Opening-up, their ideology has been changing, and there are some problems to be solved in improving their teaching virtues. Therefore, it is essential to focus on studying related materials about university teachers＇ ethical development at home and abroad as a reference.
