奶母果对肾阳虚大鼠下丘脑-垂体-性腺轴中钙调蛋白mRNA表达量的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究奶母果对肾阳虚大鼠模型下丘脑-垂体-性腺(HPG)轴钙调蛋白(Ca M)mRNA表达量的影响。方法应用外源性糖皮质激素(氢化可的松)制作肾阳虚大鼠模型,检测各组大鼠HPG轴中Ca M mRNA表达量,分析奶母果对HPG轴中下丘脑、睾丸Ca M mRNA的影响。结果高剂量的奶母果瘿果可提高肾阳虚大鼠HPG轴下丘脑Ca M mRNA的表达量,降低睾丸Ca M mRNA的表达量,而奶母果瘿果低剂量组和花序托组作用不明显。结论奶母果可通过提高肾阳虚大鼠下丘脑Ca M mRNA的表达改善其肾阳虚症状。 Objective To study the influence of Ficus pumila Linn. (FPL) on calmodulin mRNA expression level in hypothalamic- pitu- italy-gonadal(HPG) axis of rats with kidney-yang deficiency. Methods Rats with kidney-yang deficiency were induced by exoge- nous glucocorticoids(Hydrocortisone) to analyze the influence of FPL on calmodulin mRNA expression level in hypothalamic-pituitary- gonadal axis function by detecting calmodulin mRNA expression level in HPG axis. Results High dose of FPL had obvious regulating effect on calmodulin mRNA expression level in HPG axis of rats with kidney- yang deficiency. Conclusion FPL can tonify the kidney by regulating calmodulin mRNA expression level in HPG axis of rats with kidney- yang deficiency.
