高效液相色谱法测定脑脉康颗粒中黄芪甲苷含量 被引量:2

摘要 目的建立测定脑脉康颗粒君药黄芪中黄芪甲苷含量的高效液相色谱(HPLC)法。方法色谱柱为AgilentC18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),柱温为30℃,流动相为乙腈-水(36:64),流速为1mL/min。结果黄芪甲苷进样质量浓度线性范围是0.0354~0.3542g/L,线性回归方程为logA=1.6020logCi+3.0221,r2=0.9999(n=8);平均回收率为102.60%,RSD:2.96%(n=6)。结论该方法简便、准确、专属性强,可用于测定脑脉康颗粒君药黄芪中黄芪甲苷的含量。 Objective To establish a method for quality control of Naomaikang Granules. Methods The chromatography column was Agi- lent C18(250 mm×4. 6 mm,5 μm).The mobile phase consisted of Acetonitrile - water(36:6d)at a flow rate of 1 mL/min,at 30 ℃. Results Astragaloside Ⅳ showed a good linear relationship within the range of 0. 0354mg/mE-0. 354 2 mg/mL,equation of linear re- gression was logA = 1. 602 0 logCi +3. 022 1, R2 =0. 999 9(n =8), the average recovery was 102.60% , RSD was 2.96% (n =6). Conclusion The methods are simple ,exact and reproducible, and can be used for the qualitative and quantitative control of Naomaikang Granules.
