金嗓口服液质量标准提高研究

Improve Study on Quality Standards of Jinsang Oral Solution

目的探讨金嗓口服液的质量标准。方法采用薄层色谱（TLC）法对处方中黄芩、薄荷、金银花进行定性鉴别，以高效液相色谱（HPLC）法对制剂中黄芩所含黄芩苷含量进行测定。结果定性鉴别方法专属性强。黄芩苷质量浓度在0．01971～0．1971g／L范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系（r=0．9999），平均加样回收率为103．02％，RSD为1．84％（n=9）。结论该法简便，专属性、重复性好，可有效控制金嗓口服液的质量。

Objective To study the quality standards of Jinsang Oral Solution. Methods TLC method was used for the qualitative iden- tification of Scutellaria baicalensis, Mentha haplocalyx, Lonicera japonica. The content of Baicalin was determined by HPLC. Results The identification method was specific. Linear range of determination of Baicalin was 0.019 71-0. 197 1 g/L（r=0. 999 9）. The average recovery rate was 103.02%, RSD = 1.84% （n =9）. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and reproducible for the quality control of Jinsang Oral Solution.
