摘要
本研究以案例形式(Case study)呈现了四名澳大利亚联邦大学教师教育专业大四学生2014年4月在中国辽宁为期三周教育实习的体验和收获。研究数据显示此次中国实习对澳大利亚实习教师不仅是一次难得的教师职业经历更是一次丰富的人生体验和异域文化理解与交流的实践。中国实习拓展了他们的教师职业技能,增强了对教师职业的认同感。实习生在学习,反思,实践中丰富人生,体验成长,自信心倍增,对未来的教师生涯充满信心。
Through case study, this paper reports on their three weeks teaching experience and results of four fourth year pre-service teachers from Federation University Australia in Liaoning, China, April 2014. The research data indicates that this placement in China is a valuable teaching practice and rich life experience and cross-cultural understanding and communication, extending the Australian pre-service teachers’ professional teaching skills and their identification in profession with a contributed to their growth and maturity as pre-service teachers. Their self-confidence has significantly developed and become positive in their future teaching career.
