摘要
CBL教学法是临床见习课中新尝试的教学方式,实践效果明显。该教学模式的理念为:以学生为主体,以病例为基础,以问题为引导。将CBL教学模式应用于肾脏病临床见习课程中,以肾病综合征为例,带教老师选取典型病例,提出并设计问题,学生通过查找相关资料,课堂讨论等方式解决病例中的临床问题。通过调查问卷的方式证实在临床见习课中运用CBL教学法,充分调动了学生的学习积极性,培养了学生正确的临床思维模式,提高了他们分析和解决临床问题的能力,获得了较好的教学效果。
Case-Based Learning(CBL)method is a new teaching mode in clinical practice course, and the practical effect is obvious. The concept of this teaching mode is taking students as the active participation, case as the base and problems as the guidance. We applied CBL teaching mode in the clinical practice course of kidney diseases. Taking nephrotic syndrome as an example, the teachers selected a typical case and designed a series of problems. The students solved the clinical problems in the case by finding relevant data and class discussion. The questionnaire confirmed that this teaching method arouses the students' learning enthusiasm, cultivates the correct mode of clinical thinking, improves the ability of analyzing and solving the clinical problems and obtains good teaching effect.
