摘要
为了合理地进行劳动定员,国家电网公司研究编制了适应目前形势的劳动定员标准,以此为依据,结合劳动组织业务管理流程,建设了一套面向供电企业的劳动定员管理系统。该系统实现了从国家电网公司总部到各省电力公司,再到地市电力公司和县供电公司,分层级、分专业对劳动定员业务进行统一的网络化、信息化管理,最终满足国家电网公司总部对劳动定员业务的整体管控需求。
In order to implement labor quota appropriately, SGCC established a set of standards for labor quota, which adapted to the present situation. Based on the standards, combined with the labor organization business management process, this paper proposed a labor quota management system for power supply enterprises. It can realize unified grid and information management of labor quota business in specialties and in different levels of SGCC including head office, provincal, local and country branches, which can fulfill the integrated labor quota management requirement of SGCC head office.
