县域通信网地县一体化改造方案研究

Research on Integration Reform Solution of County Area Communication Network

随着"三集五大"体系的建设和实施,"大运行"管理模式对地县一体化业务高度融合的需求越来越高,对县域通信网络进行优化改造刻不容缓。文章介绍了荆州地区电力通信网现状,指出了县域通信网传输容量不足、网络结构薄弱等问题,提出了对县域通信网进行"统一规划、综合调配、分步实施"的地县一体化改造原则,有效推进县域通信网的业务功能转型,形成一体化、标准化、精益化、集约化的管理模式,可以极大地提升通信系统的运行可靠性。

With the implementation of the ＂San Ji Wu Da＂ system construction, the ＂Da Yun Xing＂ management mode has brought out higher fusion demands to city-county business integration. The county area communications network optimization reform is an urgent task. This paper introduced the current situation of Jingzhou area electric power communication network and presented existing problems of insufficient transmission capacity, weak network structure, etc. Then the city-county integration reform principle of ＂unified planning, comprehensive deployment, step-by-step implementation＂ was presented, which effectively promoted the business functions transformation of county network, and realized the management mode of integration, standardization, lean and intensification. Thus the operation reliability of the communication system can be improved greatly.
