模具专业企业现场工程师企业实践阶段培养方案研究

Research on the Training Scheme of Field Engineer in the Field of Mould Specialized Enterprises

建立以企业实际工程生产要求为对象,以培养模具专业企业现场工程师为目标,针对模具专业企业现场工程师实践阶段培养要求,分析培养模具专业企业现场工程师的条件及应该具备的素质,以及国内模具专业企业现场工程师企业学习及校外实习的经验与不足,提出了适合我校模具专业企业工程师培养目标、培养标准、培养方式,构建了培养方案实施细则以及教师队伍建设思路,为完善模具专业企业现场工程师培养方案提供借鉴。

The paper proposed to practical engineering production requirements as an object,to foster the mould field engineers professional enterprises as the goal,to mold professional enterprise field engineer practice stage requirements,analysis of train mould enterprise,the condition of field engineers should have the quality,as well as the domestic mold professional enterprise field engineers to study and practice outside the experience and shortage,put forward the suitable for our mold professional company engineer training target,training standards,training mode,construct project of cultivating the detailed rules for the implementation and teacher team construction,to improve mould professional field engineer training plan of the enterprise.
