摘要将数据包络分析(DEA)应用于研究与开发机构的科技资源配置效率评价,建立了评价指标体系。用数据包络分析的C2 R模型和C2 G S2模型分别对我国31个省市研究与开发机构科技资源配置的综合效率和技术效率进行了评价,得出如下结论:部分省市研究与开发机构科技资源配置效率为DEA有效,配置效率较高,部分省市配置效率为非DEA有效,配置效率不是很理想;并分析原因及提出建议。
