摘要 目的 研究NogginmRNA在新生大鼠脑内的表达。方法 采用地高辛标记的cRNA探针原位杂交法。结果 NogginmRNA在新生大鼠的多个脑区均有较强的表达 ,其中在延髓的舌下神经核与楔束核、丘脑的侧核与网状核、下丘脑的室旁核、胼胝体、海马的前下托表达最强 ,下丘脑的视上核、室周区、丘脑的背内侧核与腹内侧核亦有较强的阳性信号、而皮层和海马的阳性信号较弱 ,仅有部分散在而淡染的阳性神经元。结论 Noggin与新生大鼠脑的发育和功能活动有关。 Objective To study the expression of noggin mRNA in the brain of neonatal rats. Methods In situ hybridization histochemistry with digoxigenin labeled cRNA probes was employed to determine the expression of noggin mRNA in the brain of neonatal rats. Results Noggin mRNA was strongly expressed in multiple brain regions of neonatal rats, of which strongest signals were seen in the medullary hypoglossal and cuneate nuclei, thalamic lateral and reticular nuclei, hypothalamic periventricular nucleus, corpus callosum and anterior hippocampal subiculum, while moderate signals in the hypothalamic supraoptic nucleus and periventricular region, thalamic mediodorsal and ventromedial nuclei, and weak signals in the cortex and hippocampus only with sparse and light stained positive neurons. Conclusion Noggin may be involved in the development and function of rat brain.
