摘要
基于合肥学院财务管理本科专业模块化人才培养方案的改革实践,深入解析该专业人才培养目标、专业能力与能力要素及其二者之间的对应关系,以及人才培养方案的结构框架与组织实施的技术路线;在此基础上,就如何进一步提高财务管理本科专业实践教学质量问题进行了深入探讨.
Based on the reform practice of modular personnel training scheme of undergraduate major in financial management in Hefei Uinversity, this paper analysis deeply the training goals,major ability,ability elements and the corresponding relationship between theirs, as well as the organization framework and the implementing route of the major of modular personnel training scheme. On this basis, it discusses how to further improve the quality of practice teaching of undergraduate major in financial management
