舒血宁注射液对冠心病心绞痛患者疗效及生活质量的影响

目的探讨舒血宁注射液对冠心病心绞痛患者疗效及生活质量的影响。方法选取我院收治的冠心病心绞痛患者90例,随机分为2组,各45例,对照组采用阿司匹林肠溶片、硝酸甘油片、β受体阻滞剂或钙拮抗剂等常规治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上,予25 m L舒血宁注射液兑入250 m L 5%葡萄糖注射液静脉滴注,1次/d,10 d为1个疗程,2个疗程结束后对比治疗前后临床及心电图疗效和生活质量。结果治疗后2组心电图均有所改善,且治疗组较对照组改善明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组生活质量治疗组较对照组显著改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论舒血宁注射液具有活血通脉之功,治疗冠心病心绞痛能更好的改善临床疗效,提高心电图疗效,提高患者生活质量。

Objective To explore the clinical study on the effect of Shuxuening injection on patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease and quality of life. Methods The 90 patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease in our hospital were selected,and were randomly divided into two groups,45 cases in each group,the control group using Aspirin Enteric-coated Tablets,Nitroglycerin Tablets,beta blockers or calcium antagonists and other conventional treatment. The experimental group on the basis of the control group received Shuxuening injection,intravenous infusion,25 mL with Glucose Injection 5% 250 mL diluted,1 times a day,10 days for 1 courses. After two courses of treatment,compared before and after treatment patients with clinical efficacy,ECG curative effect and the quality of life. Results Two groups of ECG improvement after the treatment,and the experimental group than the control group obviously,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. To improve the quality of life of the two groups after the treatment,the experimental group than the control group improved significantly,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Shuxuening injection has the effect of activating blood circulation and unclogged arteries,blood can effectively expand the coronary blood vessels and increase coronary blood flow,can better improve the clinical curative effect,electrocardiogram curative effect,improve the quality of life of patients.
