血脂与阴虚体质—亚健康—缺血性卒中演变规律的相关性研究

Correlation between blood lipids and evolution law of“yin deficiency constitution subhealth-ischemic stroke”

目的探讨血脂能否是反映缺血性脑卒中亚健康、体质、证候的客观指标。方法选择450例缺血性脑卒中患者,拟通过方差分析方法分析探讨血脂与亚健康、中医体质、中医辨证痰、火、瘀、虚等证型的关系。结果总胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、载脂蛋白A及载脂蛋白B对于缺血性脑卒中亚健康状态、中医体质分型、证候分型均具有影响;三酰甘油和低密度胆固醇对于缺血性脑卒中亚健康状态、中医体质分型、证候分型无影响。结论血脂中总胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、载脂蛋白A及载脂蛋白B是反映缺血性脑卒中亚健康、体质、证候的客观指标。

Objective To investigate the blood lipids can be reflect the ischemic stroke,health,physical symptom.Methods This study selected Affiliated Hospital of Hebei United University,Tangshan City Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine case data were retrospectively studied,according to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria selected 450 cases of ischemic stroke patients,the relationship of blood lipid and sub-health,the constitution of traditional Chinese medicine,syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine phlegm,fire,blood stasis,deficiency of the the analysis of variance method. Results The total cholesterol,high density lipoprotein cholesterol,apolipoprotein A and apolipoprotein B in ischemic stroke,the health status of the constitution types of traditional Chinese medicine,syndrome type has influence; glycerin three greases and low density cholesterol for Central Asia health state,ischemic stroke TCM Constitution typing,syndrome Hou type has no effect. Conclusion Total cholesterol,high density lipoprotein cholesterol in blood lipid,apolipoprotein A and apolipoprotein B is an objective index to reflect the ischemic stroke,health,physical symptom.
