运用孙光荣瘀热湿毒理论治疗糖尿病皮肤瘙痒症

目的观察运用孙光荣教授"瘀热湿毒"理论治疗糖尿病皮肤瘙痒症的临床效果。方法将82例糖尿病皮肤瘙痒症患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,各40例,2组均使用胰岛素或口服药物控制血糖,治疗组在西药控制血糖基础上运用孙光荣教授"瘀热湿毒"理论之中药清心止痒汤内服及解毒化湿汤外洗,对照组给予西药炉甘石洗剂常规治疗,随访8周,观察2组糖化血红蛋白(Hb A1c%)控制情况及瘙痒VAS评分。结果治疗组总有效率88.09%,优于对照组的65.00%(P<0.05),治疗组Hb A1c%控制情况及瘙痒VAS评分与对照组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论运用孙光荣教授"瘀热湿毒"理论治疗糖尿病皮肤瘙痒症,可有效改善患者糖尿病皮肤瘙痒症状,有效控制糖化血红蛋白。

Objective To observe the effect of professor SUN＇s TCM theory of blood activating and heat-clearing both detoxify and resolving dampness decoction take therapy in diabetic pruritus cutaneat. Methods The 82 cases of pruritus cutanea in diabetic patients were randomly divided intotreatment group and control group each 40 cases. The VAS of pruritus scores,HbA1c%,before and after treatment,and the results was calculated statistically. Both two groups of patients were given conventional western medicine treatment,and the treatment group were treated with Qingxinzhiyang decoction take orally and Jieduhuashi decoction washout therapy on the basis of conventional therapy. We observed the therapeutic effects of 2 different methods on diabetic pruritus cutanea following up of 8 weeks. Results The effect of treatment group 88. 09% was better than that of the control group 65. 00%（ P〈0. 05）,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The curative effect of blood activating and heat-clearing both detoxify and resolving dampness decoction take therapy in the treatment of diabetic pruritus cutanea is affirmation,which can decrease the symptom of pruritus cutanea and help the blood glucose control.
