中西医结合保守治疗对骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折患者生存质量的影响

Chinese traditional and western medicine on living quality of patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures

目的观察中西医结合保守治疗对骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折(OVCF)患者生存质量的影响。方法选取OVCF患者100例,采用中西医结合保守治疗50例(保守组),采用椎体成形术治疗50例(手术组),使用生活质量36问卷(SF-36)量表从生理机能(PF)、生理职能(RP)、躯体疼痛(BP)、健康状况(GH)、精力(VT)、社会功能(SF)、情感职能(RE)、精神健康(MH)8个维度对患者生存质量进行测评,采用视觉直观模拟量表(VAS)对2组治疗后疼痛症状进行对比。结果保守组在PF、RP、RE、BP 4个纬度评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);2组VAS评分比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合保守治疗OVCF,中期生存质量高于手术治疗。

Objective To observe the effect of the conservative treatment of the combination of Chinese traditional and western medicine on the living quality of patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures（ OVCF）. Methods A total of 100 OVCF patients who were admitted in our hospital from March,2012 to January,2014 were included in the study,among which 50 cases were given the conservative treatment of the combination of Chinese traditional and western medicine and served as the conservation group,while the other 50 cases were given vertebral-plasty and served as the operation group. Living quality 36 questionnaire（ SF-36 scale） was used to evaluate the patients＇ living qualities from PF,RP,BP,GH,VT,SF,RE,and MH these 8 dimensions. VAS was used to compare the pain after treatment between the two groups. Results PF,RP,RE,and BP scores in the conservation group were significantly higher than those in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. The comparison of VAS score between the two groups was not statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Both of the conservative treatment of the combination of Chinese traditional and western medicine and the vertebral-plasty can be effective in the treatment of OVCF,but the median living quality by the conservative treatment is higher than that by operation.
