摘要 通过对比研究,分析热管技术应用于舰船冷却系统时,与常规海水直接冷却和冷却水间接冷却之间的性能差异。研究表明,单级热管的换热效率相对较低,但可通过并联增加热管级数来改善换热性能,使之接近冷却水间接冷却。当舰船冷却系统换热器传热单元数(NTU)较小时,在条件允许的情况下,可考虑采用热管冷却,减少舰船冷却水泵需求;当NTU较大时,应慎重选择热管冷却型式。 Through contrast research,this paper has analyzed the difference among the heat pipe cooling,common direct seawater cooling and indirect water cooling when heat pipe is used in cooling system on ship. The results show that the heat transfer efficiency of single heat pipe is lower than others,but by adding the grades of the heat pipe system,we can also improve the capability of the heat transfer and make it possible to approach the efficiency level of indirect water cooling. When Number of Transfer Units( NTU)of the heat exchanger is smaller,heat pipe cooling can be used in cooling system on ship and reduce the demand of water pump. While NTU is not small enough,its application should be carefully considered.
