空箱堆高机在港口高强度作业过程中,起升链条调整器会产生疲劳裂纹或断裂,若不能及时发现,可能导致整个吊具倾斜或下坠,给生产带来安全隐患。在链条调整器固定位前端加装一个保护套筒,保护套筒内置一个配套螺母,正常情况下,内置螺母在保护套筒内部不受力,一旦链条调整器疲劳发生断裂,内置螺母便受力,可以有效防止吊具下坠,提高堆高机整体安全使用性能。

During the process of high intensity port operation, the chain adjusters of empty container handling liftruck（ECHL） show high possibility of suffering from fatigue crack or fracture. The inclining or falling on the lifting device of ECHL is probably caused without checking out some problems timely, which will bring hidden danger.Protective sleeves, which contain built-in screw nuts, are installed on the fore-end of fixed positions of adjusters for the purpose of solving fatigue crack issue. Under normal circumstances, the built-in nuts are not affected by force within the protective sleeves.Once the fatigue crack takes place, the built-in nuts are affected by force and can protect the lifting device against falling. Therefore, the result of improving safety performance of ECHL overall is achieved.
