为解决现有集装箱装卸桥吊具卷缆系统结构复杂、故障率高等问题,从机械与电控两方面,介绍吊具卷缆系统全变频力矩改造与调试方式。改造后的系统控制方式简单、运行稳定,有效地降低故障率,满足生产要求。

The modification of full frequency torque and testing way of the spreader cable reel system are introduced from two aspects of mechanical and electric control to solve the complex structure and high failure rate of the spreader cable reel system of existing container crane. Some advantages on controlling simply, running with stability and lowering failure obviously are presented after renovation.
